    4. In cooperation with the Kaohsiung Medical University , diabetes health educators and nutritionists, the Health Station established a specialized diabetes clinic for the benefit of its people.
    5. Teachers are instructed to perform behavioral screening and detect irregularities in elementary and junior high school students; irregular cases are then referred to the Health Station to undergo mental counseling. There are currently 13 students undergoing mental counseling.
